My buyer has confirmed receipt by providing positive feedback but the item still doesn't show as having been delivered so my payment isn't being released. How does ebay verify that an item has been delivered?

Does it happen automatically after a period of time?

Is the buyer able to tick a box which indicates that the item has been re3ceived?

It currently goes by the tracking.   Two days after the tracking confirms delivery.    If sent untracked or where the tracking is not showing as delivered will be held for 14 days.

From the end of Feb payments for items sold for £10 or less sent untracked or where the tracking has not updated will be released 24 hours after receiving positive feedback.   Without f/b will be held for 14 days as before.
