eBay truly need to have a word with whoever writes their messages to members as they sometimes do not show the true picture.
You may have been a member for 10 years, but you have had a long break from selling.
Sudden selling activity raises red flags to eBay as it could be a sign that the dormant account has been hijacked. So your money is placed on hold until proof is made by tracking, that the item has been delivered, hence the real owner of the account has returned to sell. A returning seller in eBay's eyes is classed and a little wrongly then described, as a ' new seller'.
It's a good security measure because since this hold has been introduced, I have answered far fewer questions from sellers informing us here , that their account has been hacked,
As said , once tracking shows delivery on the next few items, payouts will be released to your eBay Balance sooner.
As you have returned after a long break have you registered for eBay's Manage Payments? If not this too will hold up your payouts, see here:

Once in your available section you need to withdraw the money manually.
