Getting paid for item that is sold overseas when UK only item

I have an item that has sold overseas (pre agreed with seller) but was listed as UK only. 

other than relisting with worldwide is there a way for the buyer to be able to pay?

If they've bought the item you may be able to send them an invoice featuring the postage cost to their country.

Sending invoices has been removed, as one of ebay’s “improvements”, so I think you will have a problem.

In recent times without overseas postage being added, they have not been able to bid or buy.

If you cannot invoice buyer, or arrange some method of payment, this in itself can be difficult as sending email addresses for a Paypal payment for example, would be blocked.

Another way would be to cancel sale and relist with proper postage for him to buy again.
