Getting eBay to amend a Listing to include postage to Greece

I have been asked by a potential buyer to get eBay to amend one of my listings to include postal & import charges to Greece...no idea how to do this...the item already has one bid

You won't be able to change the postage now there's a bid.     Import tax is collected by the buyer's government.   Nothing to do with the seller.
