Getting dispatch overdue notices

My buyer paid for her dress but said she was on holiday until end November so could I keep it and post when she returns . I am now getting messages from eBay to say that dispatch is overdue . How do I get these removed and will I be penalised ?

Your account will suffer from late dispatch, although once probably won't do too much harm.   It would be best to cancel the current transaction (refund will be issued in the process) and relist nearer the time for the buyer to buy and pay again.   Or you could just cancel and put their ID on your blocked bidder list, if you prefer not to deal with them again.
