How do I get EBay's P&P cost to EIRE?

If you use ebay's global shipping programme you only post to the UK hub.   The buyer will see the full cost at their end.

If you want to post direct you can look up cost of sending to Ireland (Europe zone) on the Royal Mail website.   Or use this calculator:
