GUEST ORDER

How do I track my order which I ordered as a guest. I am unable to sign in to check progress. 

Paid the extra £6.0 for courier delivery instead of Free delivery to receive the item quickly. To date the order has not arrived and I am unable to track the item. When I try to sign in the system, this only shows Ebay registration. When do try completing this it states there is already an email with this name? Any help would be appreciated as the item is a car wheel. The vehicle has no spare and the wheel which this is to replace is severely damaged after hitting a large Pothole. Wheel from the dealer is on a 4-week delivery. Desperate situation.

You will find nothing ion your eBay account,  as it wasn't used when making a Guest Purchase.

The best option is to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2.

From there you will be able to select the view order details to open a case .

If you are unable to do so from that point on you will need to speak to Customer Services, they can verify that you are the person who made the purchase and assist you with opening a claim.

You won't find your order by signing into your account if you checked out as a guest, and there is no way to track it.

The email you got from Ebay when you bought the item will give a range of estimated delivery dates.  This will have been sent to the personal email address you supplied at checkout.

If the latest estimated delivery date has passed, you will need to follow the usual 'item not received' process.
