I have received an enquiry about an existing listing and been asked if it can be sent by GSP. I have never sold anything outside the UK and am not clear how the delivery function in my listing can be adjusted to reference GSP.

You have to opt in to GSP before listing items, can't be done after. 

You have listed as UK only.

So you don't have to sell elsewhere if you don't want to.

If using the GSP, be aware that if a buyer claims that the item is not as described, eBay now requires the seller to refund them in full, including the outward postage, and to arrange and pay for the return postage.

The cost and difficulty of doing this can be prohibitive. We are already beginning to hear from sellers who suspect that buyers have invented faults (eBay takes the buyer's word for this) knowing that arranging return postage would be so difficult and expensive that sellers will probably just refund their payment and let them keep the item for free.
