I use GSP to sell items outwith the UK. A buyer in Switzerland wants to purchase one of my items, but I am being told that she cannot proceed with buying the item as "it is not working". I've double checked and Switzerland does appear in the list of countries serviced by GSP so I am wondering why this is happening?
Any else had this issue and how did you resolve it?
