Seller set up a sale of combined items just for me to purchase, and has enabled international shipping via GSP, however it will not show eligible for shipping to US. He cannot determine why... any guesses? https://www.ebay.com/itm/376266565626

Currently, you can't use GSP to ship to the USA from the UK. Reasons why have been offered but don't seem ever so clear - best to accept that currently it can't be done.

The seller could use an alternative method of posting - I have found Royal Mail International Tracked offers a good service.

I believe that any changes to tariffs only affect fairly expensive items, something like £1000, so easy to ship direct to buyer.

In any case any additional taxes would be responsibility of buyer. Using GSP everything is collected by GSP with no additional payment on delivery, but if position is not clear then GSP cannot collect the correct amount.
