EBay received the money and told me my funds were now available …when I went into my account balance it was zero and no money has been sent to my bank.
why doesn’t eBay allow messaging or telephone calls to resolve this issue?
Looks like you have returned to selling after a long break? If so, eBay will hold initial payouts for a little longer, as sounded selling activity on a dormant account may be a sign of the account being hacked. eBay wish to see the item delivered safely with no cases opened for non delivery. Have you tracking for the item to show delivery.
Have you fully and correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments? If not, this too can delay your payouts.
