Funds pending, awaiting delivery.

Does one need to make contact with Ebay to be paid every time an item sent via GSP, that was sent tracked by RM but had no tracking updates by RM, that has now arrived in USA according to GSP tracking and will to be delivered to customer soon?

Item shows by GSP tracking it entered their system 9 days ago but as RM tracking shows nothing, other than dispatched by me, it still shows funds pending, awaiting delivery.

Thank you for your post.

There is a ticket open with tech for the tracking not updating on the eBay side and is currently being worked on to resolve. If you can provide your item number as an example I will add it to the ticket.

In the meantime you would need to contact customer support for a manual release of funds.
