Funds pending after collection

Had someone pick up 6 items for collection, the QR code was scanned but money is still pending and the eBay app says dispatch order?? While also saying collected. Very confused and worried

Were the 6 items one purchase,  or 6 separate purchases?

If the latter,  then 6 QR collection codes are needed to be scanned,  or the  numbers manually entered alongside.... Confirm Collection.  Here,  if only one is code is registered,  then rest will remain as waiting to be dispatched / collected and for those items payouts would be held for 14 days.

it was 6 listings on one order, but only 5 of the 6 was able to scan, and looking at the app only one says collected. All items were taken So does that mean I wait for 14 days then eBay just releases the funds?
