Hi,
I have been selling with ebay for the last year and my funds seem to be consistently on hold. Normally this isn't an issue as I just use my ebay balance to buy other products but now I am trying to crack down on my spending. It says my account isn't linked however when I contacted an ebay helpline they said all appeared ok on their end. Any advice?

If you have been using your Balance to buy then it would seem ' on paper' , you are correctly registered for eBay's Managed payments, but something is obviously amiss , and only Customer Services who have access to your account can see what this is, and advise of the steps you need to take to withdraw your payout now.
I do advise only to call at 8 a.m. on weekdays and speak only to Dublin when you finally get through to an agent, it's not easy, it's a Call Back option so you'll hear if it's Ireland calling !
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

It's not easy to get through to CS, you just have to have perseverance! Instead of a quick option, 'Contact Us' which put you direct to a CS agent, you have to scroll past ' How Can We Help you today, to the very bottom and click on the Contact Us below Need More Help?
That takes you to an annoying AI bot but if you persevere keep asking questions it cannot answer and Insist on an agent, they do finally put you through and say .... waiting time ** minutes!
