Free post promotion, has it ended already, as ebay have added postage costs to all my items

Hi,have eBay removed the free postage promotion as they have added postage costs to all my recent posts,that were listed free.

There is no such thing as free postage, some one has to pay and that will be either the buyer or seller, as quoted on the listing or through increasing the price of the item.
