I bought an item with free delivery from seller. The seller did not pay the right postage. Royal mail put card through door saying I had to pay the fee before they will deliver. I have contacted the seller who is not answering me ex
or pay the fee and get the item (depends how desperate you want it) and then leave negative feedback with something like “disappointing transaction, postage under paid”.
