I've had fraudulent payments made from a scammer whos completed his purchases via eBay. This scammer has had access to my Revolut Business bank details - card number/cvc and expiry date. I have the payment amount which has been taken and the 'note' which I imagine is the order ID or payment reference and I need to request this information as I've been frauded from nearly £4000. They have used their own ebay accounts so need some assistance in resolving this immediately.
Thank you.

Liaise with your bank and report ?? compromised account/s to eBay Fraud Department ASAP --- see link >
Consider how they have managed to obtain your Banking details ?? !.

I assume you have reported this to your bank's fraud department.
It seems likely that your card has been cloned so your priority must be that it is not also used elsewhere.
Apologies if this is so obvious that this was your first step.

Although Revolut may have asked you to check with ebay, as your ebay account has not been compromised (unless your bank details were on it), ebay won't be of any assistance.

This doesn't sound like an issue eBay's end - somebody has your card details and used your card to make purchases with an eBay account, so your first port of call should be your bank to cancel that card and report those payments as unauthorised.
The card then cannot be used again by the scammer and eBay will be informed that the payments weren't authorised and will deal with it.
