Forced to use PayPal to buy postage labels? BLEEP!

Hi, I'm not so happy with being forced to use PayPal (dreadful company) and I refuse to use PP for anything to do with eBay. 

Seems I can not use my account funds or payment card to purchase postal labels.

Seems to me that most pay from their managed payments account/bank account.

I have never heard of  paypal having to be used.
