Only tracking will confirm delivery, and if today is day 14, then funds should be released tomorrow.

Why speak to ebay who will only tell you the same?

They don't have to be linked to eBay.

Once your tracking shows delivery the payout is released 2 days after that delivery date.

If you do not have tracking or the tracking is not showing delivery, then the payout is held for 14 days .

Those are the new rules now.

It is worth saying that most private sellers don't have multiple shower doors and sinks in their unwanted personal posessions.

If you are trading, then you should upgrade to a business account then you won't be subject to payment holds.

And you will be trading lawfully as well.
