My item has been sold to two different buyers.

I literally have no idea how that has happened. 

Your reel sold at 12.46 pm this afternoon, and sold again at 7.11 this evening.

Did you relist it accidentally? Did you cancel?  Have a look on your seller account to see if there is any explanation there.

The only one that counts is the first one that sold. You could contact ebay customer service in the morning, they open at 9am tomorrow.

It is not possible to see  when listed, but it does seem as though it is not an ebay fault as the titles are not identical.

As the titles are different,  that is,  the second has letters and numbers after it, at a guess , you came back to revise the item relisting it with the extra detail but forgetting to cancel the original listing.

As suggested,  the first sale is the one that matters . You will have to message the second buyer explaining the error that the item has previously been sold,  hope they are understanding and will accept a cancellation . You then cancel that order citing Buyer Requests to cancel,  this fully refunds them if they've paid and your seller performance is not affected.

If they don't agree to your excuse,  they may leave you negative feedback.
