We are a new company to eBay, we have created a listing and posted. On my eBay listing is active but when we search eBay we are unable to find it anywhere. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Your listing is now live and visible but you have listed it on a private account and mention VAT in the description. Those things are incompatible.
