If you cannot find your item in your Purchase History on your eBay account , it may be that you made this as a Guest Purchase, in which case your eBay account is not used, and no details will be found there.
The best option is to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2.
From there you will be able to select the view order details to open a case . You may have to act quick as you have 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery to open a claim for a refund.
If you are unable to do so from that point on you will need to speak to Customer Services, they can verify that you are the person who made the purchase and assist you with opening a claim.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
