Fees

Hi, 

 

we have recently got an Ebay basic store we started on the 1st off november. for our business account. The fvf are still through the roof. Does anyone know why/what to do? we have re listed everything since starting the plan and still no change. 

 

If anyone has any advice please feel free to message back.

The fees are all listed on one page - see the link below - I don't think that having a shop has any impact on final value fees - they are fixed according to the category you sell in.

It's meant to reduce the fees, and the fees in the catagories we list in but we have seen no change . We are an above rated seller too.

Looking at the chart showing the benefits of having a store, it doesn't say your FVFs will be reduced.

Sorry, I am not a business seller and will be happy to be proved wrong, but I don't understand why you think having a shop lowers your selling fees.

There are other benefits, free listings for example.

Final Value Fees are not reduced by having a shop, the saving is made on the listing fees, currently you have 241 listings which would cost 30p +VAT each the basic shop gives you 250 listings included in the shop fee £27.00 +VAT
