Fees for a relisted vehicle

I've just been charged twice for a vehicle listing as the original buyer made an offer that I had accepted but could not pay or collect. I therefore relisted the vehicle. How do I get a refund/the charge removed? Thanks

Listing fees are never refunded,

If you relist, you pay fee again. 

Hopefully you correctly cancelled 1st sale as unpaid to make sure you got fvf back.
