How can I remove negative feed back from my positive feedback

You cannot.

Even though it is a negative response your buyer mistakenly placed it on a positive and positive feedbacks cannot be changed / removed.

However,  the good news is,  it hasn't affected your feedback score,  whereby had it been placed on a negative,  it would have hit your 100% feedback.

The feedback that was left may stop other buyers from purchasing

It may , but it cannot be removed, at worse if you contacted Customer Services, it could be changed to the correct rating a negative,  then it will stand out, and can be read more easily, and lower your 100% feedback too.

Best to leave it as it is, it doesn't stand out and with more positive feedback it will fall off the first page,  and not be noticed at all.

its too old to do anything about.

But if you had contacted eBay CS they would have removed the comment as its a policy violation to leave buyers false positives.

Wasn't that a buyer leaving a feedback for this seller?  Just luckily for the seller, they hit the wrong button and it appeared under the positive.

How odd for me it's showing as received as a seller,  and certainly reads that way!

They talking as a buyer buying these cards from this seller, who is worried other buyers may not buy from them now ?  🤗

You are lucky not to have received negative feedback, in fact I'm surprised your listing  wasn't reported to eBay for removal.

Your listing was NOT similar to a "mystery box". Offering a "one in a hundred" chance of winning a valuable pokemon card was an opportunity to win an item by chance, which is not allowed on eBay.

Mystery box listings are allowed, but must not single out items with monetary or collector's value unless they are included with every purchase.

You can find eBay's guidance on grab bags or mystery boxes here:  https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/sr?query=mystery+boxes&origin=5&aiSummary=true

I'd be grateful that your buyer accidentally clicked on the green dot instead of the red one, clearly this was intended to be a negative feedback for you.
