I have a problem. So I got a negative feedback before Christmas as the buyer said 1 item damaged under delivery. But only 1 screw was mussing from the item. So I told her please send back and after will refund her money. She did not sent back she said she no goes to post office to waist time. And the next day she gave us negative. I reported Ebay she not want send back item and want her refund. After just days left and wrote to if I refund can she change the feedback. After she sent message as ok she will remove feedback when refunded to her. So this is what I did I refunded but after she sent message again about she does not know how remove and wrote I need ask Ebay to help. So last week I asked Ebay costumer service they says she her proof message as she want to change feedback after I refund her. Ebat said I need wat 72 hours because has a team who helping but after 72 hours nothing happened. I talked Ebay again told same problem the costumer service said again wait again 72 hours. So this time again finished yesterday. It qas a 3. Time I talked with Ebay and said agaon wait. But wait for what??? If they she proof message about her to she can not know change feedback and she wrote I need talk with Ebay why Ebay nothelp with it??? How long I need talk Ebay as always same abswer wait the team to check the feedback. Its already more tgan 1 week wait on it
