Feedback

Hi

I left negative feedback for a buyer last week and have just noticed that they have changed it to positive feedback, surely this is against Ebay rules and regulations.

I need to make Ebay aware that this has happend but I cannot find a number to call or a route to use to let them know and make the seller change the feedback.

Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers,  hence the lack of ' red dot' and it's actually a policy violation to do so.  The buyer can contact eBay, they can remove the feedback and give your account a policy strike.

Sorry I meant to say I left feedback for a seller not a buyer, my mistake.

Aaah , ok that puts a different spin on things!

I can see one negative you have left re an item with ' too short wires' ?  is it another one which was removed?

If so,  it's important to know what you wrote,  as there are feedback rules to follow if broken,  the seller can ask eBay to remove the feedback.

You cannot mention items being fakes,  cases,  refunds, or any eBay involvement.

Feedback

Sellers can't change buyers' feedback, but they can report it to eBay, and if it contravenes eBay's rules it may be removed.

But I don't think we've ever heard of a feedback being changed from negative to positive. This simply doesn't happen.
