I recently bought 3 times from the same seller, none of them were any good for what they were supposed to be for, so I left honest 1 star  negative feedback, the seller then msg an said if I revised the feedback to 5stars they would refund me 30%, even though the items weren't any good, I could still use them so I ignored them, then they offered to refund the full amount an I didn't need to return them so I did as they asked, they then only refunded half, I didn't revise the feedback as it was honest, its wrong that sellers can harass buyers like this

It is only because you did not use the systems in place, you should have opened THREE not as described cases, seller then has to prove THREE reply paid labels and refund in full on return, or just refund in full.

There is no way to make seller honour any promises made using messages.

It does pay to use the ebay 30 day money back guarantee, it is on every listing on the right, and it is intended to be read, and used  by buyers.
