I purchased an item 27/2/25. Received 17/3/25. I had to travel to sorting office and pay because seller did not put on enough postage. Sent photos to seller. Seller raised issue with ebay Customer Support who found in my favour and issued me with a refund. Now seller has left "Positive" feedback with unpleasant comments. Unfair or what ?

If you ask Ebay, they will remove those comments.

Sellers are not allowed to put negative comments on a positive 'green dot'.
