Received a negative feedback!

After an extremely difficulties to contact member of customer service staff,I've been told,the feedback will be removed after a month,because the buyer don't want a refund and will keep the item. I still got the negative feedback and I don't know what can I do.

That negative is unfortunately too ' old' to be removed. 

 

Too late to do anything about it now.

If it was the vostok watches,then that feedback is over 30 days so nothing can be done.

 

It would no doubt have been far better to appeal using correct procedure, speaking to an agent who is probably in the Philipinnes is the worse way to go about it. If buyer was happy to keep the watches then he might have agreed to change if you had sent him a proper feedback revision request. Too late now.
