You need to ask your seller to send you a feedback revision request, and once you have this you can then revise the feedback.

Do you wish to change the negative you left for receiving the plastic item said to be silicone?

Only do this if the matter has been resolved,  don't do it on any promise the seller is making to resolve the issue.

If resolved and your happy with the outcome,  then send the seller a message to send you a feedback revision to complete.
