Hello

As i havent used Ebay for over 12mths to buy or sell my feedbacks shows as 0% positive from 74

sales/purchases that were made & completed longer than 12 months ago.

Obviously... as it would myself it surely puts people off buying from my pages.

My feedback from prior to 12 months ago is excellent.

Please help what can i do to change this

That is correct,  as you can see the table shows feedback up to,  and including those of the past 12 months.  Then, if no more are added they are removed and it will show 0.

However,  worry not,  if anyone wishes to see your feedback,   received as a seller / buyer ,  and any left by you,  those options are still there to see.

Tnx u tressygirl 😁 my concern is if someone is simply browsing would possibly be put off clicking by my 0% positive, ohh boy how much are we all dearly hoping for that click 😂
