Why am I repeatedly asked for feedback on items when it has been left numerous times?
Why can't I talk to an ebay representative. Instead I am directed and redirected to preset questions and answers of no relevance?
Why do I have to go on a public forum to try and get ebay.com 's attention?

Annoying aren't they, but they're all automated , we all get them, just ignore and delete them, as at the end of the day feedback is entirely voluntary.
Take a look at your Site Preferences >> Communication preferences see if you can turn off that notification from eBay there.

My stand on feedback, and everyone is different, is that I will always leave feedback for a buyer once I receive my items.
As a seller I will wait for feedback from a buyer, as seller's can only leave positive feedback and leave that too soon, and the buyer could end up being the ' buyer from hell'. You will find therefore, that most sellers do wait for a buyer to reply first, with their feedback.
There are 60 days in which to leave feedback , but as said nowadays, most members just do not leave any.
