Feedback, new eBay members with 10 or less leaving negative feedback

Hi all just a suggestion for eBay I’m a business seller and just recently I’ve noticed that a few new eBay  members with less than 10 feedback seem to be just leaving negative or neutral feedback without  messaging or even asking for a return request  , I’m beginning to feel literally some of these eBay buyers  are actually opening accounts to sabotage business sellers for no real reason, it’s totally unfair especially when if your like myself quite happy to discuss problems or issues I’m not sure if these people are unsure of how eBay work!

but my suggestion is for eBay to not allow new eBay members to leave negative or neutral until they have at least 10 positive feedback on their account, it’s getting quite annoying for myself and I expect may other business sellers too.

Good luck, but eBay's policy on suggestions from users is that it doesn't accept suggestions from users.

You know that you can contact buyers who leave neutral or negative Feedback? Sometimes it's just inexperience. If you can sort out whatever the problem is you can send them a feedback revision request:  https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/leaving-feedback-buyers/disputing-feedback-received?id=4102#sectio...

You have to send the request within 30 days of receiving the feedback, and the buyer will have 10 days to revise it.
