I had a small amount taken from my debit card by eBay 3.25. I had asked them to close my account as I had duplicate accounts. They said they couldn't close it as I owed money, I am confused 😕
You had a sale in January, so you will not be able to close your account immediately, it will stay open for a fair few months, in case of any refunds to be made.
