Hello, all you long suffering Buyers & Sellers. This is me finally finally losing the plot.😖

Ebay have the following info provided by me;

A trusted Device.

A Hello Pin and Password

A photo bearing Driving Licence

My National Insurance number.

WHY then do I have to receive either a Text, Call or Email to sign in every time?

I do not have a mobile to download the App nor an Authenticator app. and am seriously fed up of using this clunky website now.

Does anyone have any advice before I press the Uninstall Button.?

See if you can remove extra security on sign in.

I Don't use it, just user ID and password.

Thank you for your reply. I am not really sure what you mean? 

I cannot get access to Ebay without receiving either a call /text or email. Even when I do get in, I cant access my account properly without inputting my password multiple times for each section and I am unable to access some of it at all!

TBH. 

Sounds more like a device issue. 

I only use ebay website, never touch the app.
