I ordered a Slendertone for arm and it's not compatible with my remote. The remote from slendertone it's compatible with any of they're products If they are original. The product didn't arrive in a package that indicates its original. And when I tried the product it says on the remote 'error' becase they are not compatible and original. I'm trying to contact seller but the page it s not working. It's this a scam? It cost me 45 pounds and is useless. I need to return it.
