Faulty item

I purchased a silver bracelet which I have worn twice, in the month of purchase, bracelet has now broken. I have contacted the seller who eventually agreed to send me a replacement  as they don’t accept returns. I raised a return request due to no contact from the seller regarding my replacement being sent. This has been rejected, is there anything I can do to get my money back ?

What sort of return did you open, it should have been NOT AS DESCRIBED, seller cannot refuse this, but just a return is classed as a change of mind and can be refused by a private seller.

You only get one chance with ebay, so contact your payment provider to see if they can do a charge back.

You have 30 days from receipt to start a return.

If it is outside of that time, the seller can refuse the return and the case will close.

If it is the bracelet you left feedback for, then it was sold on March 24th so you were out of time to open a return.

As it was a brand new item (sold by a business seller trading from a private account) you could try your payment source to see if you can start a chargeback.

If a brand new bracelet breaks after being worn twice, it is not fit for purpose.
