Faulty item

bought a hoover replacement battery 8 weeks ago and now hoover won't charge buyer says its because i don't use it enough (only once or twice a week) and won't refund said he guarantees his parts for 30 days should I take this further ??

Its too late for ebay but contact your payment provider and see if they can help.

I think Paypal is now 30 days like ebay but if you used your credit or debit card with Paypal contact your card provider or bank.
