I purchased a Solar PTZ Security camera from a seller a few months ago the camera failed after a few months and following a return to the supplier I have not received any satisfactory response from them. They issued me with a return label and then (allegedly) the parcel was lost in the post. They have sine refused to refund or replace the camera. I wish to warn others not to use this supplier.

You are not allowed to name and shame another eBay member here, no matter how bad a service you received, and a moderator may come along later and remove that name.
You cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt. If they are not, a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, to return the item for a full refund.
If you bought this from a Private seller you are too late to claim a refund. You are still in time though to contact your payment provider see if they can help with your refund.
If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this, then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps, if you wish to take this further.

The seller's name has been removed. You can't use these boards to "warn" about other users.
If you want to warn other users about anything, it should be that eBay's money back guarantee only lasts for 30 days. After that, theywill have no interest.
Also to remind them that buying from unknown sellers on eBay is always risky. The user agreement even warns buyers eBay does not guarantee the quality of items, that descriptions will be truthful or accurate or that items for sale will be safe, legal - or even exist. Would you have bought from a shop that stated this? eBay is a jungle.
