Faulty goods within 6 months!

Can I get a refund when this happens? Sent two emails to seller requesting a replacement but no response! Have tried to get hold of Customer Services and can't get anywhere with that! Ebay has changed so much that I am completely lost of how to deal with this, with a human being.  Am I entiled to a refund for faulty goods?

If yes, how do I go about this?

Sorry but it's too late to do anything via ebay.   Their deadline for claims is 30 days from delivery.   Contact your payment provider and ask about a getting a refund through them.

Hiya,

Thanks for information and will do that. Just in general, I thought, by law
we have 12 months period that if faults accur, you can ask for a
replacement or refund but I guess it works differently when bought through
a market place.

Sellers should honour their warranties but it's hard to enforce.   Good luck.  I hope you get your money back.
