Faulty good

I bought an Apple Pencil for my wife for Christmas from a seller with good reviews. The pencil doesn’t work despite following the instructions lve left several messages for the seller on eBay they haven’t answered. I have requested a return today but they haven’t declined the return and still haven’t given reason or an answer to my question.  Where do l stand l want a refund.

Faulty good

You must open a not as described case, then if no response from seller on day 4 escalate to ebay.
