Hi, eBay keeps asking me to send feedback for this seller, but I'm not going to do it yet as the item i got came, but the plastic box came it was all cracked and broken so iv messaged the seller and they wanted pics of it broken and they came back with they will give me 15% off and iv said no thanks i want a nover box or a refund thx jason

Feedback is voluntary so you can ignore the request from Ebay if you like.
You should open a return for the faulty item, send it back and get a refund.
Don't accept a replacement (which may be just as bad) or a partial refund.
