False claims from buyer

The buyer wants to return an item because of an external defect, the listing specified that the item has been used and there are defects however still works as it should. Knowing this, the buyer still purchased the item and is now trying to return it. Ebay is doing nothing about this and claims there hasn't been a violation of their policy but can't explain how the buyer has a right to return an item that works fine and came as described in the listing.

You need to accept the return and provide the buyer with a label.

You will need to refund in full when you get the item back.

You only provided 2 photos - if there were any specific issues with the laptop, you should have added them to the description and given details.

A used item may 'have some signs of cosmetic wear' but that does not cover an external defect not mentioned in the listing.
