No point messaging seller.

Open item not as described case, seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund.

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.

Ignore seller excuses.

But what is your question??

When did you buy these, and how did you pay? Have you read and used eBay's money back guarantee?

See:  https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/

If you are alreadly outside the 30 day time limit to claim, you may be able to get help from your payment provider, e.g. credit or debit card issuer.

It would help us to help you if you could kindly let us have factual information and explain what you have already done, and what you need help with.

Re: Fake pokemon cards

I bought them a few days ago and they got delivered today and paid with debit card, haven't tried ebay money back guarantee because it's only after messaging the seller which I've done.

i just wanted to know what's the fastest way to get a refund?

Until you opened the pack, you won't know they are fake.

Re: Fake pokemon cards

Seller can hardly complain to ebay,  that you opened them, selling fakes is not allowed.
