Fake Pokémon Brought - No refund issued

Hey 

I brought Pokémon TCG Scarlet & Violet Destined Rivals Booster Bundle – Sealed 6 Packs from dnyl-edition 

and it turned out to be fake packs, I contacted the seller and refused to a full refund and contacted ebay and say it didn’t find the content to be in violation of any policy.

Hoping anyone from the Pokémon Community sees this and avoids this seller and hopefully reports them for selling fake goods. 

This was meant to be a present and what a shock it was, when it was opened. 

I still have the item in question aswell

You don't report the issue to ebay.

You Open item not as described case, seller supplies returns label, you post back for full refund.

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund. 

Ignore seller excuses. 

Cases are automated, so need to contact eBay CS.
