FEEDBACK REVISION

BE WARNED THIS IS FROM EBAY,I SOLD A ITEM AND THIS IS WHAT THE BUYER SENT ME

Hi the watch doesn't keep time
15:32
I THEN EMAILED BACK
hino problems i can arrange a return if needed,it was working fine herejust send t back for a refundthanks
SECOND EMAIL TO BUYER THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTER HE NEVER REPLIED

hi againare you still wanting to return the watch for a full refund if its not keeping time,it was working fine but thats not a issue, please return it,i will see if i can arrange a pre paid return and a refund will be issued on arrivalthanks

STILL NOTHING,THEN A WEEK LATER THIS

Didn't work cost £60 to fix,

THE BUYER DECIDED TO LEAVE ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AFTER I ASKED HIM TWICE TO RETURN IT

OK HOW IS THAT FAIR SO I EMAILED EBAY FOR A FEEDBACK EVISION REQUEST

GUESS WHO LOST

YEP ME

FROM EBAY

Our decision
We reviewed the feedback, and can see that the buyer found that the item wasn't as described in the listing.

For this reason, the feedback was not removed. Just so you know, this feedback will not impact your seller performance level.

NOT DESCRIBED AS IN THE LISTING THATS ALL THEY BASED THERE ANSWER ON,THEY DID NOT TAKE IN TO ACCOUNT I ASKED THE BUYER TO RETURN IT,THE WATCH WAS WORKING FINE WHEN IT LEFT HERE

EBAY SUCKS NOW IN MY OPINION,HOW CAN THEY SAY I LOST WHEN I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO HELP THE BUYER,PLACE IS A JOKE,BUT AS ALWAYS 99% OF THE TIME EBAY ALWAYS SIDES WITH THE BUYER

LOST HEART IN EBAY NOW AFTER 20 YEARS,NOTHING LIKE IT USED TO BE

SO BE WARNED,IF THE BUYER IGNORES YOU AND DECIDES NOT TO RETURN ITEMS AND LEAVES NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THIS IS THE OUTCOME

FEEDBACK REVISION

I do think that some peeps just do not know how eBay's MBG works or how to return a faulty item.  Perhaps thinking they need to pay for that return postage.

Send them a message, polite of course,  explaining how to open a case for item not as described,  and ensure them you have to pay for that tracked return postage,  on receipt you will fully refund them.

Then, once all the above has been completed, you can send them a feedback revision to complete.

Worth a shot!

FEEDBACK REVISION

As the buyer has spent £60 fixing the item, doubtful they would return and lose out.

FEEDBACK REVISION

Thanks for reply but I have done all that
Buyer was just ^$£^%$&$
My emails said I would arrange a return label
He never replied to anything
My first negative feedback in 20 years, thats why I got the ump
I did try but some people just cannot be helped and he was one of them
Did I say go and spend 60 quid getting it repaired,NO
As you probably know he probably wanted me to say heres £60 for the repair bill, there was nothing wrong with the watch anyway,i test them before I post them out
Whats the point in sending out a faulty item as you know you will get it back quite rightly
Just one of them buyers nobody wants you just cannot please whatever you do
Merry christmas

FEEDBACK REVISION

He never spent £60 to repair it that I know 100%,he was just trying to get money out of me,the item only cost £29 in the first place
I tested it before posting
And why would you spend £60 having it fixed, why would you not just return it like I asked twice ?

If you purchased a faulty item what would you do
Ask the seller to send you a return label, get your money back, well I know thats what i would do
Did he ask me is it ok to have it repaired ?
NO
Did he ask me if I would pay for the repair
NO
No just send it back I told him twice
If he wanted to go out and spend money and then leave me negative feedback thats his problem
You cant please everybody and hes one of them

Only have the buyer's word they spent £60 to fix it,  I'm with the seller here,  and a little doubtful this happened and perhaps they're after a £60 payout from the seller?  Who knows.  🤔
