Extra postage cost

How do I invoice a buyer who’s already paid for an item the extra postage cost to the Channel Islands 

Shes happy to pay the extra ?

You can't do that through ebay.

If you cancel and relist with Royal Mail they don't charge extra for the Channel Islands.   You can opt out of using Evri here:
