Apparently there's no need.
A member has contacted Customer Services to ask if it's necessary to delist and relist to comply with this New Free to Sell and the answer is ' No Need'.
This was further confirmed by someone listing something yesterday, and it sold in the early hours of this morning, and no seller fees were applied, just an international buyers fee of 30p.
