How are Evri getting away with saying they have attempted delivery which when they haven’t. I have waited in, not gone out and kept a lookout for them several times this year and each time I get a Marco just missed you. Surely this is unacceptable when we pay for a product and are lied to. I have had to repurchase for a present and now can’t contact seller for a return and eBay don’t care less. I have spent two weeks trying to get to speak to someone and now the items been delivered too late they have closed my case. I will never again use eBay and never purchase anything that has evri for a courier

I have had this happen to me,  been in all day,  then receive an email that Evri tried to deliver / attempted delivery made , at such and such a time. Absolutely not, no one came,  no door bell rung !

Same delivery driver came next day so I asked him.  He had tried to deliver but ( we live on a one track road)  a removal van was blocking the road and he couldn't pass,  they have  limited reasons to select for a  ' non delivery' , and if within a certain distance,  their choice is ' attempted delivery'.

Not ideal I agree, does not explain the situation accurately, but  I was offered in the email,  an alternative for the delivery I selected next day,  and all was well.
